Footnote: Being small, our advertsing budget was not big enough. Being owned by simple; "your next door" type of Singaporeans, we don't have enough "connections". Thus understandably, there was no mention of the restaurant nor the dish. However, we are thankful to have diners like Dennis that appreciate our wholesome and simple food and to find our little presence available in tiny ways on the Straits Times.

FOOTNOTES

Bavik Premium Pilsner (5.2%) Straw coloured beer with a foamy white head. A nose full of flora hops. Light on the palate with crispy mouth feel and mild bitter after taste. Perfect drink for a hot day.

Best-selling Pilsner in Belgium. Great with grills or steaks and on its own.

Wittekerke {Witty} (5%)Hazy, bright yellow beer with a thick and dense white head. Citrus fruits on the nose with a full creamy feel and long palate in the mouth. Taste of many citrus fruits. No 1 wheat beer as voted by the Belgians. Delectable on its own yet light enough to match with most dishes.

Belgoo Magus (6.6%)Dark blond ale with creamy white head. Be lifted by a fruity aroma of bananas, oranges, almonds, yeast and light fruity hops. Lively mouthfeel with firm creaminess.
